Dr. Hilary Quosai's research focuses on the impacts of the darker side of leadership in organisations and the implications for how we develop leadership capability. She is passionate about helping organisations to cultivate respectful workplace culture. As a scholar/practitioner, Hilary has over 20 years of experience leading large, global operations and delivering best-in-class service. A values-based leadership advocate she has led large-scale change initiatives, global leadership development programs, supported the development of employees and leaders through custom interventions and has extensive executive coaching experience. She specializes in coaching and developing leaders who are derailing.
